Put your personality back in business!

We know your business isn’t actually a living breathing person, but maybe it should feel like one.

As silly as this sounds, your brand needs a little bit of personality to stand out from the crowd of competitors. You might have a great business strategy and plenty of resources to execute, but without a unique voice or a little somethin’ extra, your efforts won’t catch attention from your target audience. You want your idea or business to stick, right? Make it memorable. You still remember the Budweiser Frogs from 1995, but do you remember what Superbowl that was and what teams played in it? I don’t, but I remember those frogs.

Sure you can do everything like the competitor or follow the industry standard to get by, but what fun is that? Instead, you could be tapping into the passion behind the business and start maximizing its potential.

So why does business personality matter so much today?

Messages from brands are literally EVERYWHERE, and businesses are fighting for consumer’s attention as advertisements increase across channels. Ironically, the average human attention span is decreasing to an average of 8-12 seconds. This means that blending in may not get your business to stick to your audience.
